2. Processing of DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, ALL2048.COM will:

Notify the User: Notify the user who uploaded the material that it has been removed or disabled due to a copyright infringement claim.
Counter-Notification: Inform the user that they may submit a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you, as the user whose content was removed or disabled, believe that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

Identification of the Removed Material: Describe the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and provide the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
Your Contact Information: Provide your full name, postal address, telephone number, and a valid email address.
Statement of Good Faith: Include the following statement: "I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
Consent to Jurisdiction: Include the following statement: "I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, the judicial district in which ALL2048.COM is located, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person."
Signature: The counter-notification must be signed (either physically or electronically) by the user.

4. Repeat Infringers

ALL2048.COM reserves the right to terminate user accounts and access to the website of any user who is determined to be a repeat infringer.

5. Limitation of Liability

ALL2048.COM is not responsible for any content posted by users. While we will take reasonable steps to remove infringing content when notified, we are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the posting or removal of any content on the website.

6. Changes to This Policy

ALL2048.COM reserves the right to update or change this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
